薬物治療学分野について
- About Us -
長崎大学大学院 医歯薬学総合研究科 医療科学専攻 に属する薬物治療学分野では，臨床の現場で問題となるような個体差 (薬の効果の差，副作用発現の差，進行の違いなど) に関わる遺伝子を同定し，その遺伝子の働きを明らかにすることで，新たな治療薬の開発や遺伝子診断を基にしたテーラーメイド医療の実践につながる研究をしています。また，腸内細菌の働きにも注目し，代謝性疾患の個体差に関わる腸内細菌とその働きに関する研究も行っています。
The Department of Pharmacotherapeutics belongs to the Course of Medical and Dental Sciences, Nagasaki University Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. Our research themes are (1) to identify genetic factors affecting clinical phenotypes, such as DRUGS SENSITIVITY, PREDISPOSITION TO DESEASES, and DESEASE PROGRESSION, (2) to reveal mechanisms that underlie the associations above, and (3) to investigate how gut microbiota affect chronic liver diseases and metabolic diseases.

薬物治療学分野を含む4分野 (医薬品情報学、実践薬学、薬剤学) は平成27年度4月に文教キャンパスから坂本地区の医歯薬学総合研究棟7F (旧歯学部附属病院7F) に移転しました。詳しくは、【CONTACT US】をご覧ください。
Our 4 departments (Laboratories of Pharmaceutical Informatics, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacy Practice, and Pharmacotherapeutics) have been relocated to the School of Dentistry Building in the Sakamoto campus since Apr, 2015. Please find details in ”CONTACT US”.
